Park Avenue has held a special place in my heart since my days at Rollins College, where I fell in love with its charm and vibrant community. Today, as the founder of Beyond Commercial and a Park Avenue District Board member, I am honored to serve the area’s thriving businesses and property owners. My work is driven by a passion for personal, face-to-face engagement, helping clients achieve both their short- and long-term goals.

Together with my husband, Phil, who owns Forward Law Firm, we co-founded The Calandrino Foundation, Inc., driven by a shared belief in the power of entrepreneurship and financial literacy to transform lives. Beyond my professional endeavors, I’m the host of the Performance Mindset podcast, and I recently finished my first book, “From Perfect to Real: Ditch Perfection, Shift Your Mindset, and Thrive on Your Terms,” captures my journey and offers my SPORT Success System® for achieving peak performance.
