Meredith Gardner
Meredith Gardner is the owner of The Grove in Winter Park, Florida, where she combines her 25 years of retail experience in Winter Park starting on Park Avenue. She has passion for community engagement. A long-time resident of Winter Park, Meredith is committed to raising her family in this vibrant area that she calls home. With a rich background in retail, she has developed a deep understanding of customer service and community needs. Meredith has served as the Chair of the 1882 Committee, a resident club of the Park Avenue District, and currently sits on the Board of the Park Avenue District, where she actively contributes to local initiatives. Additionally, she is involved with All Saints Church and is an active member of Council 101 at Orlando Museum of Art.

Our goal as a 501c3 nonprofit organization is to encourage economic vitality through design and promotion within the context of historic preservation in the confines of the Park Avenue District.
