Tim NoeLke
Tim Noelke is the Operating Partner at Prato in Winter Park and Luke’s in Maitland, where he has been instrumental in shaping the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere since its opening in 2011. After honing his skills alongside Chef Brandon McGlamery and the talented team at Luma on Park, Tim took on a permanent role at Prato, where he now oversees all operations for Park Lights Hospitality Group’s restaurants, including Prato and Luke’s Kitchen and Bar. Passionate about community engagement, Tim actively contributes to the Park Avenue District Board, fostering connections between the restaurant and the local community. He is an amazing father who is raising his daughter in Winter Park & Central Florida!

Our vision is a downtown that reflects the spirit of our community—a place where everyone feels at home, whether they’re here for a lifetime or just a moment.
Our goal as a 501c3 nonprofit organization is to encourage economic vitality through design and promotion within the context of historic preservation in the confines of the Park Avenue District.
